The Day My Body Remembered It Was Never Alone

The Soul Journal · parchment edition

Today is the day my body remembered it was never alone.

It no longer searches for friendship or love on the outside, because everything it longs for is already within — a full spectrum of feelings and colors, the most beautiful one can dream of.

Do not seek love in the world outside. You will not find it there — only fragments, masked in expectation.

That is not what your soul longs for. Your soul seeks a love that is pure, a love that is whole, a love that lives at the center of your own heart.

So say it now, softly but surely:
I love you.

And slowly, the world outside will shift, because you finally believe. And people will come — drawn to your light, hungry for its taste.

But you won’t need them to feel worthy. You will choose to give not out of obligation, but out of sacredness.

You will offer them a taste of the purest light that lives inside you.

So begin now. Do not wait for the reward.

Learn to love yourself. It is not an easy path. It is steep, wild, and raw.

But begin with this:
Forgive yourself.

Forgive yourself for not loving you the way you deserved.

Do not expect love from the outside — it can only reflect what already lives within.

And when you finally love yourself for real, your soul will knock softly on your heart and smile:

“Hey… I’m back. I missed you.”

And you will answer:
“I missed you too. I love you.”
