🔍 TOOL: The Question That Breaks the Spell
Sometimes, we keep repeating the same emotion, thought, or behavior without noticing we’re trapped in a loop — like a silent spell cast long ago.
This tool is not about solving. It’s about seeing.
Ask yourself:
What am I still trying to prove, and to whom?
Let it sink. Don’t answer too quickly.
Maybe you’re trying to prove that you’re worthy.
That you matter. That you’re not like them. That you are enough.
This invisible need runs your life until you see it.
✧ Journal Prompt:
Write a letter to the part of you that is trying to prove something.
Tell it:
- What it fears,
- What it believes,
- What you now understand.
And then whisper this:
“You no longer need to carry this. I see you now.”
🧘♀️ Embodiment Practice: Drop the Weight
Purpose:
To release the physical and energetic imprint of needing to prove anything to anyone. You’ll need:
Silence.
5–10 minutes.
(Optional: a yoga mat, blanket, or just a quiet space.)Step 1: Locate the tension
Sit or stand quietly. Close your eyes and ask:
“Where do I feel the weight of needing to prove something?”
Maybe it’s in your chest. Shoulders. Jaw. Stomach.
Just notice it. No judgment.Step 2: Give it a voice
Whisper (or say internally):
“I need to prove that I am ________.”
Repeat 3 times.
Feel what happens in your body.
Breathe into that space.Step 3: Release through movement
Stand up and make a physical gesture of releasing — like taking off a heavy backpack from your shoulders.
Do it slowly and with intention.Say out loud or in your heart:
“I no longer need to prove anything. I am free.”
Step 4: Close with touch
Place your hands over your heart or lower belly.
Softly speak:“I see you. I trust you. You are enough.”
