Return to Self
What you’ll need: a quiet corner, pen & paper (or a velvet-feel app), a candle/feather/any small symbol, and 10–15 minutes where nothing else matters.
You don’t need incense. You don’t need candles. You don’t need to feel “ready.”
You just need this moment. Right here. Right now.
🕯️ Step 1 — Light Something That Feels Like You
This could be a candle. A scent. A song.
Tell yourself: “I am returning to the part of me no one asked about.”
Let silence respond.
✍️ Step 2 — Answer Three Soul Questions
Write freely. No censor. No punctuation needed. Just flow.
💫 Step 3 — Sign Your Own Name Back Into Yourself
Finish with: “This is me. Still here. Still listening. Still sacred.”
Optional: place what you wrote under your pillow, in a journal, or burn safely if you need to release it.
This ritual isn’t about writing well. It’s about writing real. It’s about telling the truth in a world that never asked. And hearing your own soul say: “I’ve been waiting.”
