Ritual of Remembering — For the Earth That Still Loves Us

This is not a spell. This is a remembering. You are not standing on the Earth. You are standing with her.

You are not separate from the trees, the wind, the water. You are their echo. Their child. Their voice.

🌱 Step 1 — Touch the Earth

Go barefoot if you can. Kneel if you need. Touch her not with guilt, but with love.
Say softly: “I remember you. I remember you love me.”

🌿 Step 2 — Offer a breath

Close your eyes and breathe — slowly, deeply. Offer your breath as a gift. Let the wind carry your prayer:
“May I do no harm. May I be a whisper of healing.”

Inhale
💧 Step 3 — Bless the water

Find a stream, a glass, the sea, a tear. Hold it and whisper: “Thank you for carrying the world in silence.”

🌳 Step 4 — Speak to a tree

Any tree. Old or young. Place your hand on its bark and say: “Thank you for remembering to stand.”

🌕 Step 5 — Make a vow

Whisper into the wind or the sea or your own chest:
“I will remember you. I will protect what is sacred. I will not be silent.”

Because the Earth still loves us. And maybe that love is what will save us.
