Parked in Limbo

“Meditation is not a parking spot. Remember to move.”

You sat down for one little moment of stillness…
…and it’s been three weeks, your aura smells like incense and indecision,
and your life is buffering like a 2006 YouTube video.

Welcome to Limbo.
Population: You, your crystal collection, and that one candle that won’t go out.

🌀 Symptoms of Being Spiritually Double-Parked:

  • You “just needed a break”… last winter
  • You’ve journaled so much that your guides ghosted you
  • Your mantra turned into: “Maybe tomorrow”
  • Your body’s in child’s pose, but your soul’s in airplane mode

🔥 RITUAL: Move It or Mystic It

What you’ll need:
🧦 Socks (preferably mismatched)
🥄 A spoon
📦 One unfinished thing
💥 The willingness to do something slightly useful

  1. Stand up (if possible. Spiritually counts.)
    Say aloud:
“I release the sacred nap. I re-enter the game, even if it’s blurry.”
  2. Put on socks.
This grounds you. Also: warm feet = warm action.
  3. Hold the spoon.
It symbolizes eating life again, instead of nibbling on shadow work.
  4. Choose one thing you’ve been avoiding. Breathe. Then whisper:
“I don’t have to finish it. I just have to touch it.”
  5. Touch it. Then high-five yourself.
You moved. That’s sacred. That’s enough.

🧘 WTF Mantra of the Day:

“I can be still. But I’m not stuck.”
“This soul is not for long-term parking.”

Move it, Mystic. Even a wiggle counts.
