1

Wash the Hands

water remembers

Pause for a breath. Look at your hands. Whisper: “What belonged to them stays here. What is mine returns to me.” Imagine fresh water running over your hands, carrying away what is not yours.

Tip: If you can, actually wash your hands slowly for ~20 seconds.

Shake it Off

release the cape

Let your shoulders, wrists and neck loosen. Imagine dropping a heavy cloak. Say: “I release everything that is not mine.”

3

Three-World Breath

4–7–8 cycles

We’ll do 3 rounds of 4–7–8 breathing: 4s inhale from Earth, hold for 7s in stillness, 8s exhale to Sky. Then simply rest in your Heart. Follow the circle.

Seal of Peace

Hands on your solar plexus. Whisper: “I leave in peace. I return in peace.” A soft golden veil seals your field.

It is sealed.

Only what is truly yours remains. The rest dissolves into light.
