Not every pain is mental.

Instructions:
This tool is not about thinking. It’s about noticing. Let your body speak. Let yourself feel without fixing.

Prompt 1: Where in my body do I feel tension most often? What does it want me to know?
Prompt 2: When was the last time I felt truly safe in my body? What was different?
Prompt 3: What sensations do I override or ignore during the day?
Prompt 4: What small ritual could I do each day to reconnect with my body (even for 2 minutes)?

You are not a mind carrying a body. You are a body that remembers everything. Let it speak.
