I Tried to Raise My Vibration… but the Couch Wouldn’t Let Go
A society that lives through its eyes becomes blind.
Because images can be manipulated.
Because videos can be taken out of context.
Because headlines can be written to trigger fear — or anger.
That moment that now may seem like a dream or a fairy tale.
A day when there will be no need to fear. When we won’t have to fight for truth.
A day when people will look at each other with eyes that see through the heart.
I am not what others say about me.
I am not what life has taken from me.
I am not even the pain that still lingers inside.
You light a candle.
You sit cross-legged.
You whisper:
“Show me my higher self.”
Moral?
Sometimes when you cleanse your energy,
the Universe cleans the rest — just to be thorough.

Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything’s fine.
It’s about saying thanks even when you want to scream into a banana.
“Do you meditate?”
“Well, I sit on the bathroom floor thinking about murder and wondering if God also rolls His eyes sometimes.”
