🌿 Meditation to Read – Between Silence and Flame 🌿

Find a quiet place.
Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes.
Feel that you don’t have to do anything – truly nothing. You are safe.

Take a deep breath… and gently exhale.
Once more… and again…
Inhale… and exhale…
Let every breath soften your body.
Let every exhale bring you closer to yourself.

Now imagine you are standing before a door – the door to your own heart.
It’s not locked. It’s waiting.
You gently open it… and step inside.
This is your home. Your own world. You don’t have to be anyone else here.
You are yourself – and that is enough.

Look around.
What does this place look like? What colors? What light?
Feel its warmth… its softness… its truth.
You are not alone here.
Your heart lives here – and it has always been with you.

After a moment, you notice a flame – a calm, warm fire.
It is not dangerous. It **lives within you**.
It is the fire of your passion. Your calling. Your soul.

Sit by it. Warm your hands.
Ask yourself:

“What is my true light?”
“Where do I want to shine today – not for others, but for myself?”

Let the answer come as an image, a word, a feeling.
Do not judge. Do not analyze.
Trust.
