Find a quiet moment.
Stand (or sit) in front of a real mirror.
Light a candle if you wish.

Look at yourself for 3 minutes without looking away.
Don’t fix. Don’t smile. Don’t pose.
Just see.

Ask silently:
“What have I not wanted to see?”
Let it rise. No need to name it.

Just stay with it.
