✨ Purpose: To anchor yourself in who you are becoming, without rushing to define it.
🌬 Preparation:
– Find a quiet space.
– Light a white candle.
– Place a mirror in front of you or keep your eyes closed.
– Bring a soft scarf or shawl to wrap around your shoulders.
🕊 Step 1 – The Arrival:
Place your hands over your heart. Breathe slowly.
Say softly:
“I am not lost.
I am arriving.
Not into a new life,
but into my own.”
🪞 Step 2 – The Witnessing:
Look at your reflection, or imagine your face glowing in light.
Say:
“I am becoming the one I have always been,
beneath the forgetting.”
“I don’t have to know exactly who I am –
I only need to stay present with who is returning.”
🫀 Step 3 – The Embrace:
Wrap the shawl around your shoulders.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Whisper:
“I welcome myself as I am, in becoming.
I release the need to be complete.
I trust the unfolding.
I trust my becoming.”
🕯 Step 4 – Closing:
Blow out the candle gently.
Say:
“I am the light I was seeking.
I do not chase. I receive.
I am enough, even in transition.”
✨ Affirmation:
“I don’t need to be finished to be real.
I don’t need to be certain to be true.
I am becoming. And that is holy.”
