Inhale as the orb expands, exhale as it softens. ~6 calm breaths.
Ritual of Healing the Body and Soul
Purpose: To soothe the body, release stored tension, and invite gentle repair to the soul.
- Find a quiet space and sit or lie comfortably.
- Light a white or soft golden candle.
- Wrap yourself in a warm shawl or blanket.
- Place a hand on your heart and one on your belly.
🕊 Step 1 – Arrival
Close your eyes and breathe slowly. With each exhale, soften your jaw, shoulders, and belly.
“I arrive in my body with kindness.
I am safe to rest and to receive.”
Move your attention slowly from crown to toes. Wherever you meet tension, breathe in softness and breathe out release.
“Where it hurts, I bring warmth.
Where it’s tight, I bring space.
Where it’s numb, I bring gentle light.”
On the inhale, imagine a soft turqouise light filling the area that needs care. On the exhale, let the heaviness melt away.
“I let go of what my body no longer needs.
I welcome ease, repair, and quiet strength.”
Rest your hands over the heart. Imagine a warm golden ripple spreading through your whole body.
“I bless my body for all it carries.
I bless my soul for all it knows.
I receive healing now.”
