Ritual of Transition – From Work That Drains to Work That Nourishes the Soul
🕯️ Ritual: When the Soul Says “Enough”
Purpose:
To energetically leave a place that depletes you and open space for new, soul-aligned work.
Not through resignation – but through a return to yourself.
Step 1: Ending the Inner Contract
Choose a quiet moment. Sit down. Light a candle (or simply close your eyes).
Say aloud or in your mind:
“I revoke the inner agreement to remain in a place that is killing me.
I have done all I could.
I thank this place for everything it has taught me.
But now — I leave.”
Then: take a deep breath. Imagine the energetic cords from this job breaking softly.
Like whispers saying: “enough.”
Step 2: Burning the Old Pattern
Write on a piece of paper:
– How do I feel in my current job?
– What patterns are keeping me there (fear, lack, need for approval)?
– What do I NOT want to carry into the next chapter?
Then — burn the paper (or tear it) with the intention:
“I am no longer the one who must survive. I am the one who can choose.”
Step 3: Opening the Soul’s Work Space
Write a second letter.
This time — to the future work that you don’t know yet, but that is already waiting for you.
“I am ready.
I’m not seeking perfection, I’m seeking truth.
I want to be where my presence matters.
Come to me. Find me. I will find you.”
Keep this letter – place it in your Soul Journal or somewhere sacred.
✨ Daily Affirmation:
“I am no longer for rent by fear.
I serve the light that created me.”
