– Place a symbolic object before you (a stone, feather, paper).
– Touch it gently and say: “What I carry… is not mine. But I carried it with love.”

💬 3. ACT OF RETURNING
Say aloud:
“I return your pain.
With respect.
With love.
With gratitude for who you are.
But this is no longer my path.”

“I choose life.
You may now rest.”

🌿 4. ENERGY MOVEMENT
– Move the object physically away from your body (from heart to earth).
– Breathe deeply. Let your body release.

🕊️ 5. CLOSURE
– Extinguish the candle with these words:
“May all that is not mine return to light.”
