Control isn’t born from arrogance. It’s born from helplessness.
Somewhere back there, chaos broke something in you. Maybe your childhood was unpredictable. Maybe love came with conditions. Maybe trust was shattered — and you weren’t given shelter.
So you built your own.
Shame teaches you to flinch from your own truth.
To wear a smile when you want to scream.
To be “harmless” — even when you’re hurting.
But shame is not your truth.
It’s a program. A punishment. A projection.
You forget who you are —
when no one around you reflects it.
when survival replaces meaning.
when staying awake would’ve been too painful.
This shadow lives in perfectionism.
In over-giving.
In staying silent when you want to scream.
In apologizing for existing.
You may be in a job that gives you security — but drains your soul.
A relationship that feels stable — but empties you quietly.
A belief system that comforts — but no longer fits.
Maybe you learned it wasn’t safe to trust.
Maybe your needs were called “too much.”
Maybe silence became your way of staying invisible — and staying “good.”
The part of you that was silenced, dismissed, or shamed — and now wants to roar.
There are powers we abandon — not because they were wrong… but because we didn’t know how to carry them.
You were once full of force. Voice. Vision. Maybe you spoke too loudly. Felt too deeply. Believed too fiercely. And the world — or someone close — said: “That’s too much.”
Mirror Witch doesn’t curse or condemn — she reflects.
Whatever triggers you in others… is what you’ve hidden from yourself.
She’s not here to shame you. She’s here to say:
“Look deeper. You’re still in there.”
“Guilt is like fog: it hides everything — yourself and others. But the Soul doesn’t carry it. It’s the ego that won’t forget.”
