You’ve been told you’re too much. Too soft. Too sensitive. Too afraid.
But you are simply tuned in to what others have numbed.
She wore no crown. She had no armor.
But everyone said she was strong.
One day, a girl sat down.
Not because it was comfortable.
But because she had no strength to walk any further.
There once was a train.
It had no tracks, no stations, not even a whistle to shout “departure!”

She read all the right books.
Drank all the right teas.
