🛡️ Archetype: The Bound Warrior
The caged strength, the silenced flame, the waiting power.
There is a fire that once burned so brightly in you

This is a ritual of liberation — to release the chains woven by fear, and to call your sacred fire home.

- Several small pieces of paper or pieces of thread
- Stones, cords, or natural objects to form a circle
- A candle
- Paper and pen
🌿 Steps:
- Write the Chains:
On each piece of paper (or thread), write down a “chain” —
a limiting belief, a fear, a silence you have carried. - Create the Circle:
Form a circle around yourself with stones, cords, or symbolic objects.
This is your sacred boundary. - Light the Flame:
Place a candle in the center of the circle.
Light it with intention — this is the fire of your soul. - Speak the Release:
For each chain, hold it in your hand and say aloud:
“You no longer hold me.
I reclaim my fire.”
Then safely burn or cut each paper/thread — one by one.
- Cross the Threshold:
When all chains are released, step boldly out of the circle.
Breathe deeply into your chest and solar plexus. - Anchor Your Power:
Stand tall.
Place one hand over your heart and the other over your solar plexus.
