Sit inside it.
Place your hands on your heart. - Speak the Truth:

Speak aloud your darkest thoughts.
No censorship. No judgment.
Let them leave your mind and enter the space where they can be held. - Call the Love:
Imagine someone you love sitting across from you.
Look at them and say:
“You are worth staying for.”
Now, say it to yourself:
