The gatherer of lost threads, the weaver of ancient knowing
You are not starting from nothing.
You are not building yourself from dust.

to a thread spun before this lifetime,
to a knowing written in your bones,

You do not need to seek.

This is a ritual of sacred reconnection —
to weave the forgotten parts of your soul back into your waking life.

- A quiet, still space
- A candle
- A piece of string, ribbon, or thread
- Paper and pen
🌿 Steps:
Prepare the Space:
Find a quiet place.
Light a single candle.
Call Back the Memory:
Hold the piece of thread in your hands.
Close your eyes.
Breathe deeply.
Whisper:
“I call back what I have forgotten.
I am ready to remember.”
Tie the Sacred Knots:
Slowly tie a knot in the thread for each of the following:
A place that calls me
A dream that won’t let go
A gift that feels ancient
A part of me I’m still remembering
Carry the Thread:
Wear it, carry it, or place it somewhere visible for 7 days.
Each day, touch one knot and ask:
“What do you want me to remember?”
Listen. Trust.
Anchor the Remembrance:
After 7 days, write a message to yourself —
what you remembered, what stirred, what reclaimed you.
