1Light the Candle — begin with care
If you can, light a real candle nearby. Otherwise, use the virtual candles below.

2Micro Breaths — soften (with calming music)
Follow the circle gently. The calming score plays softly while you breathe.
Tip: the “physiological sigh” is two gentle inhales (second is a sip) → long, unhurried exhale.
3Witness & Send — bring it to the light
Name (briefly) what shame says. Choose how much to write — then let light carry it.
4Integration — acceptance & a small step
A kinder truth and one gentle step forward.
